The Northwest Spine Care Institute (NWSCI) is a multi-disciplinary, evidence based program that combines Orthopedics, Neurology, Physiatry, Psychology and Physical Therapies to provide the best care for our patients. Since its inception in early 2004, NWSCI has brought together providers in Idaho that are focused on delivering courses of treatment, both surgical and non-surgical, with a high emphasis on patient education and shared decision making.
If you would like to participate as a patient in this voluntary program and are interested in working with one of the “Participating Physicians” listed below, we strongly recommend that you talk to your primary care physician for a referral.
If you are a health care provider and would like to explore becoming a Participating Physician/Provider or sponsor, please contact Angie Coyne, Program Coordinator at (208) 383-0201 or email at acoyne@intermountainortho.com.
